Orkest van de achttiende eeuw
‘Eroica’ & Pianoconcert nr. 3 met Olga Pashchenko
The Orchestra of the Eighteenth Century brings Beethoven to life with the iconic Eroica Symphony and Piano Concerto No. 3, featuring pianist Olga Pashchenko.
The Eighteenth-Century Orchestra is one of the world's leading orchestras in the field of historically informed performance practice.
The musicians perform internationally in leading (chamber) music ensembles and come together several times a year for performances of iconic and lesser-known repertoire. In the early 1980s, the orchestra gained worldwide recognition by performing grand symphonic works on original instruments in a historically informed manner.
A revolution that has never really stopped.
