Loading and unloading
PHIL has two loading and unloading platforms at the back of the building at Philip Frankplein 2a. To reach these, you need to use a navigation address:

Passenger cars: Bakenessergracht 72, 2011 JX Haarlem
Trucks: Damstraat 12, 2011 HA Haarlem

The entrance at Bakenessergracht and Damstraat is closed off with retractable bollards from 11:00 AM. To lower these bollards (after 11:00 AM) and for assistance with access, please contact our backdoor staff by phone at 023 - 512 12 98.

Discount for young people and CJP card holders
PHIL has a Last Minute Discount for young people up to 30 years and CJP card holders. This allows you to attend a concert the same day for €12.50.

On the day of the concert, you can order your tickets online at a discount. The discounted price is only valid for concerts taking place at PHIL. The discount does not apply to youth and family shows, festivals, and various rentals.

HaarlemPass holders
Do you have a HaarlemPass? Then you can attend our concerts with second-class seats for €7.50. 

Free tickets for refugees
For each concert that we sell through our own website and that is part of our own programming, we offer 30 free tickets for refugees. A maximum of 2 tickets can be obtained per person via kaartverkoop@philhaarlem.nl, by phone at 023-512 12 12, or at the box office on Fridays and Saturdays from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. 

Canceling tickets
Did you order tickets via our site? For many of our concerts, you can return your tickets up to 48 hours before the concert. We charge €2.50 per returned ticket for this. You can see in MijnPHIL which concerts you have purchased can be canceled. And through MijnPHIL, you can also cancel your tickets yourself. You will then receive the remaining amount refunded. The paid service fees are not eligible for a refund. 

Did you order tickets via Eventim, Nationale Theater Kassa, Ticketmaster, or another sales channel? Unfortunately, we cannot take these tickets back. Please contact the organization from which you ordered your tickets. Your ticket or the confirmation email will show where you ordered your tickets.

Paying with the Podium Gift Card
If you buy admission tickets through our website, you can also choose the Podium Gift Card as a payment option. You redeem the value of the card by entering the numbers below the barcode. Then you enter your PIN. This is the six-digit security code listed on the back of the Podium Gift Card, under the gray scratch layer.

Ordering your tickets through Ticketmaster? Then you cannot use the Podium Gift Card.

We regularly send out press releases about new confirmations in our program, developments behind the scenes, new partnerships, or other newsworthy items. For each release, we make a selection from our press list, which we hope will match the content of the release. Would you like to receive press releases as well? Photography

No professional photo, video, or audio recordings can be made without permission. Consumer cameras are allowed. By professional photo and film equipment, we mean devices with interchangeable lenses and DSLR cameras. Some artists prefer that you do not take photos at all; in this case, we will communicate this prior to the concert.
