Due to safety regulations, we prefer no jackets and large bags in the auditorium. There is a supervised cloakroom, and there are lockers available as well.

The seating tiers make it clear how the sightlines to the stage are. For most concerts in the Grote Zaal, we use four tiers, and in the Kleine Zaal  two tiers. The lower the tier, the less view of the stage. The tier arrangement may vary per concert. For youth and family concerts seat risers are available. 

We want the concert to start on time. Therefore, we cannot guarantee access to the hall or your seat after the start. Sometimes the company has no objection, and we may still allow you to sit in a place where neither the audience nor the performers are disturbed. If you arrive late, an appropriate moment will be waited for to enter the hall so that it disturbs the cast and the audience as little as possible. When the concert has no break, it may mean that you cannot enter the hall again. At standing concerts, you can always enter and exit the hall.

Both the Grote Zaal and the Kleine Zaal have sufficient legroom in most areas. This applies to the auditorium and the middle balcony in the Grote Zaal, and to the auditorium and balcony in the Kleine Zaal.

Choosing the side balconies in the Grote Zaal? You'll have a beautiful and intimate view of the stage. Please note that legroom in these areas is somewhat more limited than in the rest of the hall.

The wheelchair spaces in the Kleine Zaal are in row 7. In the Grote Zaal, the wheelchair spaces are in row 1 or 2 or in row 12. The latter depends on the arrangement of the hall. Please contact [email protected] if you want to book wheelchair spaces.

In the Kleine Zaal, the companion sits next to the person in the wheelchair. In the Grote Zaal, the companion sits next to, in front of, or behind the person in the wheelchair. This depends on the layout of the hall and how many wheelchair spaces are occupied.

Yes. In the entrance area, there are lockers where you can store your coat or bag. There are two types of lockers: medium lockers (€ 2,50) and large lockers (€ 4,00). You can use the locker by scanning the QR code with your mobile phone on-site. Reservations are not possible.

Yes, next to the lockers at the entrance, there is a cloakroom downstairs in the basement. There is a staff member here before and after a concert to take and return your coat.
