Ramona Zaharia, currently the leading Carmen on world stages such as the Metropolitan in New York and the Royal Opera House in London, performs Bizet's heroine with unprecedented intensity. Her interpretation is as enchanting as it is refined, supported by the impressive soloists and choir singers of the National Opera of Ukraine.

Together with the orchestra Le Grand Symphonique, they deliver a performance full of deep emotions. From fiery flamenco to the arrival of the toreador: passion, love, drama and fate flow seamlessly into one another, culminating in a gripping finale.

What makes this production particularly special is the positioning of the orchestra on stage. By having the musicians become part of the scenery, this explosive and thrilling opera takes on an entirely new dimension.
