Paul Carrack & band
British multi-instrumentalist & songwriter known for among other things Mike + the Mechanics
The singer, songwriter, and self-taught multi-instrumentalist born in Sheffield built an impressive career and traveled hundreds of thousands, perhaps even millions, of kilometers in the process. Touring and performing live are not a choice for him; it's in his DNA.
Carrack is known worldwide for his distinctive voice, often described as a 'Golden Voice', and his timeless hits such as How Long, Tempted, Over My Shoulder, and the Grammy-nominated The Living Years. As a keyboardist, he played an important role on countless recordings and tours, alongside icons like Eric Clapton, Ringo Starr, Elton John, and BB King.
He also made his mark as a songwriter: his songs have been recorded by renowned artists such as The Eagles, Linda Ronstadt, Michael McDonald, Tom Jones, and Diana Ross.
