PHIL offers a unique added value to the presentation and experience of intimate seminars to large-scale conferences. For groups of up to 400 people, the Kleine Zaal is used as the plenary space, while for larger gatherings, of up to 1,150 guests, the Grote Zaal serves as the plenary room. The bright, spacious foyers connect these conference halls with various breakout rooms, allowing for a flexible and dynamic layout.

Conference Ministry of I&W

The Netherlands recently hosted the 'ICAO Symposium on the Assistance to Aircraft Accident Victims and their Families'. For the PHIL, it was an honor to welcome this symposium, organized by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management. There was a discussion about the social impact of aviation accidents and how countries can best support victims and their family members.

JAMF Nation Live

The kickoff of a trio of European knowledge and networking conferences by Jamf took place a stone's throw from Amsterdam, at our venue in Haarlem. Jamf Nation Live was packed with insightful sessions, discussions with experts, networking opportunities, and much more. The grote Foyer proved its versatility and was not only a place for catering and networking but also for booths by sponsors and suppliers.

Psychedelics conference

For the second time, the PHIL was the venue for the prestigious international ICPR conference (Interdisciplinary Conference on Psychedelic Research). Our client, OPEN Foundation, is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting knowledge and understanding of psychedelics through research. Not only was the PHIL well-rated, but the city of Haarlem was also so positively reviewed by academics, therapists, scientific researchers, clinical staff, and policymakers in 2022 that it became a reason to return in 2024.
