Mezzo-soprano Tania Kross is celebrating Christmas in the Netherlands this year! She brings the warmth of their sunny island Curaçao and, together with Randal Corsen and the ZO! Gospel Choir, brings a Caribbean Christmas to life. A warm, colorful, and festive celebration where music and stories come together.
Kross, known for her powerful voice and charismatic performance, takes the audience on a journey to her Curaçao roots in Caribbean Christmas. Together with her friend, pianist and Edison Jazz winner Randal Corsen, she presents a program filled with traditional Christmas songs, interspersed with energetic rhythms from the island. They are vocally supported by the grand ZO! Gospel Choir and accompanied by a fantastic band.
The result is an amazing mix of styles: from traditional Antillean music to swinging jazz and powerful gospel. With songs like White Christmas, Silent Night, and Feliz Navidad, Caribbean Christmas warms even the coldest Dutch nights.
