Fuse

Specifically for the Tuesday afternoon concerts, PHIL has challenged Fuse to develop a program for an unusual concert moment. In doing so, the ensemble demonstrates that a special concert is not bound to traditional evening hours. That is precisely where Fuse's strength lies: thinking outside the box and bringing music to life in a surprising and accessible way.

During this concert, Fuse presents a diverse program, performed by the ensemble itself, in which early music and contemporary repertoire come together in a unique way; because the concert takes place on May 4th, the day of the National Remembrance of the Dead, it is furthermore dedicated to commemoration and reflection.
