Pim Muda sings Shaffy and Sabine Krol brings Liesbeth List to life. Ramses and Liesbeth met each other in the early sixties and grew into one of the most defining duos in Dutch music history. Shaffy was a charismatic, poetic songwriter and List complemented him with emotional interpretive power.
Together they introduced chanson to the Netherlands in a new, personal way, with major themes such as freedom, longing, love and existential doubt. With classics such as Laat me, Pastorale, Zing, vecht, huil, bid, lach, werk en bewonder and Shaffy Cantate they take the audience, led by the LA live band with Ede Boekee and Sietse Remmers, back to the seventies.
