Keys to the future
A new generation of pianists presents itself
At the second edition of Keys to the future, PHIL Haarlem will focus for two days on the greatest piano talents from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.
On November 22 and 23, you can get acquainted with young musical talents who bring famous piano works to life with a fresh perspective. The most promising pianists from the Amsterdam Conservatory will have the opportunity to perform in the beautiful Great Hall of the PHIL.
This concert has been realized in collaboration with the Amsterdam Conservatory, thanks to the Karel Hilsum Fund.
Karel Hilsum Fund
In 2022, Ellen Stijn took the initiative to establish the Karel Hilsum Fund and place it under the Stichting Stadsschouwburg and PHIL Haarlem. Karel Hilsum was a great piano pedagogue who dedicated his life to the development of piano talent.
