PHIL has received the accessibility quality mark sticker from the ambassadors of Accessible Haarlem.
Disabled
PHIL is easily accessible for visitors with a wheelchair. There are accessible restrooms available on the ground floor. The balconies of both halls are only accessible via stairs.
Mobility scooters and walkers cannot be taken into the halls. They can be stored in places indicated by the staff.
Contact the Box Office at 023 - 512 12 12 to reserve wheelchair seats or to let us know if you have difficulty walking. If you are attending a performance together, there are options to sit next to each other.
Parking garage De Appelaar, close to PHIL but with limited capacity, has parking spaces for disabled individuals.
Hearing impairment
There is a loop system available for the hearing impaired. You can reserve this when purchasing your ticket. Upon presentation of a valid ID, you will receive the necessary equipment for free loan at the cloakroom.

Visual impairment
Service dogs are welcome at PHIL.
