Young creators and talents are the future of theater and music
We think it is important to invest in the future of theater and music by providing a platform for young creators and encouraging talent development. The talents of Dutch Classical Talent perform on our stage several times a year. During Keys to the Future, emerging piano talent gets a platform in collaboration with the Conservatory of Amsterdam.  Keys to the Future is made possible by a Named Fund, the Karel Hilsum Fund. We also have a close partnership with De Schuur, promoting the flow of talent. 

Next Up
The urban talent show Next Up is organized in collaboration with Triple ThreaT for youth from Schalkwijk and Haarlem East, who would normally not have the opportunity to take the stage. The young participants go through an intensive program of coaching and work towards the finals, where they showcase their exciting acts and a winner is chosen. With this program, we are not only able to give young talent the chance to be on stage and develop their artistic skills, but they also become closely acquainted with our organization and gain more self-confidence.
