We always seek a special purpose for your donation, of course in consultation. You can earmark your gift, for example for special performances and concerts, the development of young talent in music and theater, education, or activities for special target audiences. In short: with your contribution we can continue to provide a platform for the theater and music arts in the future.
Legacy
A legacy is a gift described in the will.
You can choose a fixed amount or a percentage of the inheritance.

Step 2: find a notary
You can discuss your wishes with a notary and have your will drawn up by him/her. The notary explains the legal aspects and can answer all your questions. Then the notary will draft your will and in a follow-up appointment, you sign the will. Your notary registers your will in the Central Register for Wills. This makes it easily accessible. You can have your will changed at any time if you wish.

Stichting Stadsschouwburg & PHIL Haarlem has a cultural ANBI status. This means that there is no inheritance tax due on your donation. Your legacy will therefore always fully benefit PHIL. We regularly invite you to gatherings and concerts – so you remain involved with the organization that supports you in the long term and holds you dear.

You draw up a will at the notary's office. This can be your own notary or the notary we work with. Naturally, we handle your final wishes with care. We always ensure that your bequest is allocated to specific projects.
