Q: Step 1: take inventory of your wishes

Do you already know who you want to name as your heir? Would you like to donate an endowment to a charity? And are you considering including PHIL Haarlem in your will? Please contact us so that we can discuss a suitable purpose in a personal conversation.

Q: Step 2: find a notary

You can discuss your wishes with a notary and have your will drawn up by him/her. The notary explains the legal aspects and can answer all your questions. Then the notary will draft your will and in a follow-up appointment, you sign the will. Your notary registers your will in the Central Register for Wills. This makes it easily accessible. You can have your will changed at any time if you wish. Do you not have a notary yet? You can find one near you via www.notaris.nl. Or we can give you suggestions for notaries we work with. You can also easily arrange your will online at www.nunotariaat.nl. Stichting Stadsschouwburg & PHIL Haarlem has a cultural ANBI status. This means that there is no inheritance tax due on your donation. Your legacy will therefore always fully benefit PHIL.
